Pricing questions
Does FlowNoc deduct its fee from the crypto payment?
No. Crypto goes directly to your configured wallet. FlowNoc processing fees are collected separately from your FlowNoc USD balance.
What counts as a payment credit?
Paid, underpaid and overpaid payment results each consume one credit.
Do expired invoices use a credit?
An expired invoice without a valid payment does not consume a payment credit.
Do extra credits expire?
No. Purchased additional credits remain available, but an active subscription is required to create invoices.
What happens if my FlowNoc balance is insufficient?
New invoice creation can be blocked when FlowNoc cannot collect the applicable processing fee.
Are blockchain fees included?
No. Network/miner fees are separate from FlowNoc pricing.
